GT Hydraulic and Bearing Return/Exchange/Shipping


Product purchase online through our website can be returned or exchanged with in 30 days from the date purchased. All products must be in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition.

  • Provide the original receipt (invoice) from your purchase

  • Provide original payment method. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Store credit will be given for returns with gift cards

Electrical products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date purchased. Electrical products must be in the original packaging. The product must be in like new condition.

Shipping Charges and Environmental Handling fees

  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is determined to be defective.

  • Environmental fees are in place to cover the cost associated with the safe and responsible recycling of end of life products and are non-refundable.
